Established in 1993 by Glenn and Kathy Duffey, Florida Coast to Coast, Inc. has charted a performance-oriented course in the pursuit of excellence in the Central Florida destination management market.  Their decades of experience in travel and incentive planning and destination services combined with their relentless approach to customer service are the foundation by which Florida Coast to Coast has grown and evolved over the years into the full service event and destination management company that it is today.

Management Approach

Florida Coast to Coast’s hands-on management approach to every client program, event and service is unique to the Central Florida market.  Management personnel are present at every single event organized and produced by Florida Coast to Coast. Changes can happen frequently on-site, and we want to be there when they do, ready to adapt and accommodate your guests no matter what.  Our clients (and even our competitors) have repeatedly recognized the Florida Coast to Coast difference.
